1. Welcome to The Royal Dread
The Royal Dreads is a Brand created by Arise Art Inc. The Royal Dreads NFT is a collection of 7,777 diverse and cool NFT Avatars. 2. What We Own
Arise Art owns The Royal Dread name and intellectual property rights including but not limited to the images, logos, name, 3D layers files, website, trademarks, smart contract code, the look and feel of the user interface, or anything else not specifically granted by any license of limited commercial and derivative rights provided a Royal Dread NFT holder.

3. Your Purchase of a Royal Dread NFT Gives You
Your decision to mint a Royal Dread, gives you the opportunity and right to use your Royal Dread as your pfp, to sell it and even merchandise it up to $15,000 through the sale of merchandise (physical). You also have the right to use your full Royal Dread Avatar in artwork you may choose to create. Please contact us if expect to beyond the $15,000 sales number and we be happy to discuss a licensing agreement with you.
4. Specifics on Commercial and Derivative Rights
Although you have limited commercial rights to utilize your Royal Dread in a commercial manner to realize returns. Please note that you are only allowed to use your Royal Dread image in its fullness as the individual layered files and traits are proprietary and are exclusive creation and property of Arise Art and the Royal Dreads Brand. Therefore you are not allowed to utilize the individual layers of our artworks, to change the original Royal Dread or mint another NFT project using our Royal Dreads in any manner.
5. Prohibited use of any Royal Dread Intellectual Property.
You are prohibited to using your Royal Dread NFT image in an mamer which is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable or infringing upon any laws or regulations or intellectual property rights or proprietary rights or confidentiality obligations and you shall indemnify and defend Arise Art Inc, against any claims, damages, proceedings, loss or costs arising from such use. You are expressly prohibited from using any Royal Dread Intellectual property in any way that could be considered to be derogatory or adverse to the image of the Royal Dread or any other images or materials included in the NFTs.

5. No Guarantees or Future Promises
It’s our hope to provide our NFT holders with more content and opportunities to enjoy your Royal Dread purchase. However, please note that when you purchase a Royal Dreads NFT from our mint, the NFTs is all you are entitled to receive in exchange for your funds.
Doodles, LLC hopes to put out more content and create things in the future that you can whether through primary or secondary channels, the art is what you receive. Any future benefits are ancillary to this purchase and not to be taken into consideration with your initial purchase. You agree that you are not relying on any future commitments by Arise Art and Royal Dreads in participating in our NFT launch.
6. Royal Dreads Are Not Intended as Investments
Your Royal Dreads NFT is not an investment vehicle. It is a non-fungible token for you to collect.
We are absolutely not making any promise or guarantee that these NFTs will be worth anything more than what you and the market deem the art to be worth. This could very well be zero. Although we are fully committed to building the Royal Dread NFT brand, You understand that the NFT have no inherent monetary value, and they should be treated as nothing more than a collectible with potential future value or lack thereof.
7. Taxes
You are entirely responsible for any tax liability which may arise from minting or reselling your Royal Dread NFT

The Royal Dread project is not targeted toward individuals under the age of 18. You agree that you are over the age of 18 or above the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
